To secure your spot and avoid queues during boarding, we recommend purchasing your ticket in advance. Västtrafik tickets are not valid for Styrsöbolaget’s own boat services. Tickets can also be purchased on board, subject to availability. Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

A Sunday trip to Vinga

I highly recommend going on a trip to Vinga. There are activities for all ages, such as swimming, fishing, museums, and guided tours. Evert Taube is said to have called Vinga the most beautiful place in the world, and I can understand why. With our beautiful archipelago to the east and an open horizon to the west, it's a magnificent place to experience!

Our trips with M/S Kungsö depart from Stenpiren in central Gothenburg

Stenpiren is a central hub in the city with excellent connections, served by many public transport lines. You can reach Stenpiren Travel Centre by tram, bus, or boat – look for the Stenpiren stop.

FAQ about the summer cruises with M/S Kungsö

Yes, there is a simple catering service on board, offering items such as sandwiches, pizza, pies, ice cream, and more.

Yes, in addition to all non-alcoholic beverages, we also serve beer, wine, and sparkling wine on board.

Our boats are cashless. Payment is made with a bank card or Swish.

Dogs are welcome on board as long as they are on a leash and under control. Please be considerate of other passengers who may not wish to have close contact with the dog.

Bicycles are allowed on board subject to space availability and the price is 30 SEK per trip. You can purchase the ticket for the bicycle along with your travel ticket.

Yes, there is plenty of space for strollers.

Yes, M/S Kungsö is accessible.
